Begin your journey in northern Tehran with a visit to the magnificent Sa’dabad Palace Complex, the former summer residence of the Pahlavi royal family. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, the palace offers fascinating insight into Iran’s modern history.

Continue to the lively Tajrish Bazaar, where colorful stalls, local delicacies, and traditional shops provide an authentic glimpse into everyday life. Next door stands the beautiful Imamzadeh Saleh Shrine, one of Tehran’s most important religious landmarks.

In the afternoon, head to Darband, a charming mountain village located about 1,800 meters above sea level. Famous for its riverside cafés and breathtaking scenery, it is also one of the main gateways to the Alborz Mountains.

End your day at the award-winning Tabiat Bridge, the 270-meter-long pedestrian bridge designed by renowned Iranian architect Leila Araghian. Illuminated after sunset, it offers spectacular panoramic views of Tehran.

Today’s exploration begins at the magnificent Golestan Palace, Tehran’s only UNESCO World Heritage Site. Once the royal residence of the Qajar dynasty and later used by the Pahlavi kings, the palace beautifully combines Persian craftsmanship with European and Russian architectural influences.

Continue to the historic Grand Bazaar of Tehran, a vibrant marketplace that has served merchants for centuries and played a significant role in Iran’s contemporary history.

Visit the National Museum of Iran, home to extraordinary archaeological treasures spanning prehistoric civilizations through the Islamic era.

Persepolis, Naqsh-e Rostam & Pasargadae

Today you’ll explore the birthplace of one of history’s greatest civilizations.

Visit the legendary Persepolis, the ceremonial capital of the Achaemenid Empire founded by Darius the Great around 520 BC. Admire its monumental staircases, magnificent stone reliefs, and grand audience halls that once welcomed representatives from across the ancient world.

Continue to Naqsh-e Rostam, where the monumental tombs of Darius the Great and three other Achaemenid kings are carved high into the cliffs, overlooking the ancient landscape.

Your final stop is Pasargadae, the first capital of the Persian Empire, founded by Cyrus the Great. Explore his remarkable tomb and discover one of the earliest examples of the Persian garden, both recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Continue to Naein, where you’ll visit one of Iran’s oldest surviving mosques, an outstanding example of early Islamic architecture.

Arrive in Isfahan, once one of the largest and most beautiful cities in the world. During the Safavid era, it earned the famous title “Nesf-e Jahan” (Half the World) for its extraordinary beauty and prosperity.

Isfahan: Masterpiece of Safavid Architecture

Today you’ll explore the magnificent Naqsh-e Jahan Square, one of the world’s largest historic squares and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Visit the spectacular Shah Mosque, the elegant Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque, and the magnificent Ali Qapu Palace, where Safavid kings once watched polo matches from the royal balcony.

Browse the traditional bazaar, where master craftsmen continue centuries-old artistic traditions.

Continue to the beautiful Chehel Sotun Palace, another UNESCO-listed Persian garden famous for its elegant pavilion and remarkable royal frescoes.

End your day at the iconic Si-o-se-pol and Khaju Bridges, where locals gather each evening to socialize and sing beneath the historic arches.

Armenian Heritage & Historic Kashan

Begin the day in New Julfa, Isfahan’s historic Armenian quarter, where you’ll visit the magnificent Vank Cathedral, celebrated for its unique fusion of Persian and European artistic traditions.

Continue toward Kashan, stopping en route at the picturesque village of Abyaneh. Known as Iran’s “Red Village,” Abyaneh is famous for its distinctive red-mud houses, traditional clothing, and centuries-old customs that have remained remarkably well preserved.

Arrive in Kashan in the evening.

Overnight: Kashan

Kashan & Return to Tehran
